Homemade kale chips. Quick recipe: Wash kale thoroughly. Lightly coat kale with olive oil, salt, pepper. Bake on a cookie sheet at 325 degrees F for about 10-15 minutes (longer, if the leaves are wet) or until leaves are crunchy or edges are browned. Enjoy!
